About Embodying Presence: 
This session unfolds through a series of invitations. First you’re invited into a shared field of Being or Presence as we sit together in silence. Secondly, whatever is asking for addressing (healing, clearing, revelation, understanding, balance, feeling, recognition, etc.) during this session is invited into the shared space. From here, we begin to explore and work with direct experience at all levels of Being (from subtle to dense). This entails an invitation into greater intimacy with what is arising experientially as we sit together and guide the contractions, karma, beliefs, and aspects of the small self to recognize greater and greater Wholeness.

This is a healing session as well as a space for deepening understanding. Together we culture the Ground of Being upon which more clarity and consciousness can spring forth. 

Sessions are conducted via video by logging into your account through this website. Sessions can be recorded and automatically uploaded afterwards. You may wish to revisit the recordings as part of your reflection and integration process.
