In this session I offer a transmission of high frequency Divine "light" or "energy" into your bodymind - the nervous system and physiology (from dense to subtle). This covers all dimensions of your manifest being and goes where it is most needed. I let you know the insights and impressions I'm receiving in real time and we save space to discuss further at the end.

This healing, clearing, and expansion work is most richly suited to those who are able to track and follow their direct experience and remain in dialogue with me throughout the session. While you take the position of being a receptive field, allowing whatever is arising, and I am transmitting, it goes much deeper if we can meet together through the layers of experience. This allows the transmission to go as deeply as possible into the core (or karmic) seeds of contraction, suffering, limitation, separation, wounding, attachment, blockage, dis-ease, etc. that are held in your bodymind.

Please feel free to write any notes or share your context ahead of time into the Agenda (or Notes) section of the Session Details when you go to schedule. This can help inform and focus the session. And please consider scheduling these sessions on days that are more spacious and not too busy or hectic. This helps the integration and reflection process deepen, so you can get the most out of your transmission.
