The Root of Inflammation

This session was created for The Prism Collection as a weekly Collective Healing Transmission for the week of February 27, 2023. Here is the description: In this session we are working largely with clearing heat from all layers of the body. We begin with tapping into the cooling quality of wind. This reveals to us where more attention is needed. By staying with this we begin to clear impressions and memory patterns of experiences that generated anger, frustration, injustice, feeling taken advantage of. We move into a more subtle level and begin to clear the karmic knot from multiple lifetimes. The mantra that appears throughout this session is "I will not be had". Return to this one as many times as called for.
