We sit together to support the nervous system,
to refine perception in an unforced way,
and to remember how natural it is to simply be.

Guidance will be simple and minimal.
There is no teaching to keep up with
and nothing you need to make happen.

Come when you can.
Leave lighter and clearer.

 No prior experience required.
All are welcome.

We will sit for 20-30 minutes and open space for any comments or questions afterwards.

The meeting is scheduled for 45 minutes.

  • A gentle, guided settling into non-doing, non-efforting
  • Simple pointers for relaxing into direct experience
  • Space for the body and breath to reorganize
  • A short period for optional sharing or questions

What it is not 

  • Therapy or energy work, though you may experience healing benefits
  • A meditation technique or mental strategy
  • A place to “get somewhere”

This time together is more about being in an environment than learning a technique. We let the body and attention settle through simple contact rather than effort. If the mind doesn't quiet, that is not a problem. The whole unfolding is trustable. We learn how to be with life as it already is, with a little more support than we usually have on our own.
