Healing for the Mind and Mental Body
This subtle and gentle healing focuses on the mind and mental body - one of the denser dimensions of reality and of our individual bodies (that I think we're all familiar with). In this session, we are calming our minds and observing thoughts without attachment. This allows for deeper opening and important insights to arise. We then explore the mind-body connection, allowing whatever needs to be seen to be seen. We take this exploration deep into the cells and the DNA, working to clear any blockages and restore clarity, flexibility, and fluidity. We then invite the mental body to become a feeling and sensing organ - expanding beyond the ego’s confines of thinking - creating the possibility for healing and clearing at the deepest levels.
