This reflection follows naturally from the previous one , exploring embodiment and reality as lived through these human nervous systems.
Reality comes to know itself through us, through these nervous systems, this bodymind.
We are inseparable from reality. And yet it is through this beingness – through form – that we can know ourselves.
Knowing does not happen apart from embodiment.
It happens as embodiment.
The essence of everything is this primordial purity, known and felt directly in the body.
Not as concept.
Not as belief.
But as lived immediacy.
Body is co-arising with everything else.
It is not a thing or an object.
(And nothing else is for that matter.)
The body is not something inside reality.
It is not something awareness looks at from the outside.
The body is the place where knowing happens at all.
Where reality meets itself.
Nothing needs to be added.
Nothing needs to be achieved.
Reality is already whole – and it is through the body that it comes to know that wholeness as itself.
Nothing outside of this.
