This 45-minute session supports the purification and reorganization of coherence across the bodymind, including physical sensation, nervous system patterning, and subtle architecture. Through direct sensing and attunement, density releases, alignment clarifies, and the pathways through which awareness and form communicate reorganize naturally.

Throughout the session, I remain present to what is emerging in your experience, sharing reflections as they arise. We close with a brief dialogue to support integration and clarity.
